Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the daily cleaning operations of the mall.
- Ensure all common areas, toilets, walkways, and public facilities are clean and well maintained.
- Assign and monitor the work of cleaning staff.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures.
- Handle cleaning-related complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report replenishment needs.
- Perform hands-on cleaning and cover cleaning duties during staff shortages, absenteeism, or operational requirements.
- Respond to emergency cleaning situations such as spills, leaks, and accidents.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in cleaning operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Able to lead a team and work independently.
- Willing to perform hands-on cleaning duties when required.
- Responsible, reliable, and physically fit.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
