Accounts Executive
Location:
Stutong, Kuching
The duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, support the finance team and cross-department collaboration, and drive process improvements for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Must have current experience in both full set accounting and treasury functions to be considered.
- Relevant professional qualifications are highly desirable
Customer Service Assistant
Location:
Kota Samarahan
The duties:
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the mall with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answering inquiries and providing information about the mall, its stores, events, and services
- Assisting customers with way-finding, directing them to specific stores or facilities
- Handling customer complaints and concerns, and working to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing support and assistance to the mall's retail tenants as needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for all mall visitors
- Adhering to the mall's policies, procedures, and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a shopping mall or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude, with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the mall and its tenants is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Housekeeping Supervisor
Location:
Kota Samarahan
The duties:
- Supervise and lead the daily cleaning operations of the mall.
- Ensure all common areas, toilets, walkways, and public facilities are clean and well maintained.
- Assign and monitor the work of cleaning staff.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures.
- Handle cleaning-related complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report replenishment needs.
- Perform hands-on cleaning and cover cleaning duties during staff shortages, absenteeism, or operational requirements.
- Respond to emergency cleaning situations such as spills, leaks, and accidents.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
The duties:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in cleaning operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Able to lead a team and work independently.
- Willing to perform hands-on cleaning duties when required.
- Responsible, reliable, and physically fit.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Security Guard
Location:
Kota Samarahan
The duties:
- Patrol the mall premises regularly to ensure safety, security, and order.
- Control access points and verify identification when necessary.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, or accidents.
- Provide assistance and customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors.
- Enforce mall rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Assist law enforcement officers and emergency responders when required.
- Support crowd control and traffic management during peak hours, sales, or special events.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and safety equipment to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Report any hazards, suspicious activities, or security breaches immediately to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in security, safety, or related field preferred.
- Retired army or other uniformed service personnel will have an added advantage.
- Fit and able to stand or patrol for long periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
