SUMMER Shopping Mall is a new development in Kota Samarahan, which has a population of over 300,000, strategically planned by Tetap Majumas Sdn Bhd.

It will be a prominent landmark on Jalan Dato Mohd Musa adjacent to the mixed development of residential areas, commercial properties and universities in the township.

The three-storey mall will have total floor area of 500,000 square feet and a hypermarket and departmental store as anchor tenant.

The mall, scheduled to open by the end 2012, will be a shopping haven and entertainment arena with a wide variety of products and services.

Limited units are available for bookings following the soft launch at the end of last month.
