CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (1 POST)

Job Descriptions:

  • Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
  • Provide information about our shopping Mall 
  • Handling Tenants’ or public’s  complaint and feedback
  • To handle any ad-hoc task assigned by Head of Department

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
  • Independent, resourceful, highly motivated, result-oriented and good presentation.
  • Required skill(s): Basic MS Office, MS Excel
  • Required languages:  English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Chinese.
  • Able to work in a team and individually.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Able for long working hours
