Job Descriptions

  • Attend to incoming calls and making appointments.
  • Liaise with customers, business partners and government authorities professionally.
  • Attend to appointments and meeting with customer, business partner or government agencies.
  • General administration duties for the company/departments.
  • Attend to tasks may be assigned from time to time
  • Take minutes of meeting and following up on actions required.



  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher with one year working experience in secretarial or administration field
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Mic. Word/Excel/Power Point etc.)
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia; conversant in mandarin and local dialects will be an advantage.
  • Independent, resourceful, highly motivated, result-oriented and good presentation.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
