  • Manage the daily operations of all our food and beverage outlets.
  • Prepare and implement SOP for the food and beverage operations.
  • Coach and motivate staff.
  • Ensuring that all the food and beverages outlets meet their monthly sales & KPI targets.
  • Handling high-level customer queries on our products and services.
  • Ensuring that the food and beverages outlets consistently deliver the highest level of customer service & brand experience to all customers.
  • Ensuring that the retail outlets consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of cleanliness and food quality.



  • At least Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and BM
  • At least 3 years of working experience in food & beverages industry.
  • must be computer literate
  • Work on own initiative, responsible, discipline, team work, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be cheerful disposition & able to cope with challenging environment.
  • able to communicate effectively with all level
  • must be able to work on shift (included Sundays and public holidays)
