Receptionist
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Estate Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting all office visitors in a warm, pleasant and helpful manner.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Responsible for administrative tasks, such as helping prospective residents fill out a leasing application, reminding residents about upcoming payments or lease renewals, coordinating maintenance and repair requests, reporting issues or complaints to Management.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
