• Mature, independent and with strong leadership, and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in a technical services team in dealing with day-to-day building services system repair & maintenance, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement, premises improvement and renovation.
• Assist planning, managing, monitoring and control of Mall and Apartment improvement, upgrade and alteration works
• Assist on implement and review energy conservation measures of the Mall and Apartments.
